Ormeggio at The Spit Pty Ltd | Maestro Hospitality is seeking an experienced Section Waiter / Sommelier with a passion for hospitality, Italian cuisine and wine.
The role begins as casual with potential for full-time for the right candidate, in a Two Hatted restaurant on Sydney's Middle Harbour.
We require 1–3 years in premium dining, NSW RSA, a hospitality qualification, robust wine knowledge and WSET 2+.
Fluent English and premium service mindset are essential.
