Job TitleSenior Project Manager - HealthJob Description SummaryThe Senior Project Manager provides project management experience to designated projects and assignments for a particular client account, property portfolio, or large facility/complex through interaction with the client, property or facility management team, and project management staffJob DescriptionApplicants must be Australian Citizens and bring proven experience delivering projects within healthcare facilities or similarly regulated environments.Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic project leadership — Drive planning, budgeting, scheduling, and governance across multiple concurrent projectsHealthcare stakeholder management — Engage clinical teams, facility managers, contractors, and internal C&W; service linesContractor & consultant oversight — Lead procurement, contract administration, performance management, and delivery qualityRisk, WHS & compliance — Ensure strict adherence to healthcare regulations, infection control protocols, and building codesFinancial & commercial control — Manage budgets, variations, cost reviews, and commercial impactsReporting & governance — Provide structured reporting across design, construction, and operational phasesAbout YouYou are an experienced project leader with the capability to operate confidently in complex, high‐risk environments.




You bring:Australian Citizenship (mandatory)Healthcare project delivery experience (mandatory)7+ years' experience in project management within construction, engineering, or healthcareStrong leadership capability with experience managing consultants and contractorsExcellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and commercial acumenAbility to manage risk, compliance, and operational constraints in live facilitiesDegree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management or related fieldExperience delivering fit‐outs, refurbishments, building services upgrades, or capital works programsWhy Cushman & Wakefield?
