About the Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you'll take ownership of a key labour hire account, delivering exceptional service to both clients and candidates.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the end-to-end recruitment process
Sourcing, interviewing and onboarding candidates
Building and maintaining solid client relationships on-site
Coordinating workforce requirements and filling vacancies quickly
Managing employee and client enquiries professionallyHandling challenging conversations with confidence and care
About You
You’ll be someone who enjoys building relationships, solving problems and working in a fast-paced workplace.
Ideally you’ll have:
Recruitment, labour hire or high-volume account management experience
Excellent customer service and communication skills
The ability to build rapport with clients and candidates at all levels
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence to have difficult conversations when required
A positive attitude and genuine team-first approach
