We are seeking a motivated and experienced Administration Officer to join our Client Services team in the Tax Practitioners Board.

As an Administration Officer, you’ll provide telephony support, mailbox management and process high volume applications. You will have experience in administration and an understanding of how to apply legislation.

You will be responsible for providing support for practitioners through assessing current registration applications, renewal applications, ensuring registration compliance and providing registration information to tax practitioners in a high-volume setting.

You will build and maintain positive relationships with clients and make informed decisions when resolving enquiries. You’ll work collaboratively with your team and share your knowledge to resolve issues and contribute to continuous improvements.
