MUST HAVE GROWN UP IN AUSTRALIA with transparent English speaking language (as per participant support requirements)

Demonstrated experience in disability support, mental health, or complex care

Certificate IV, Diploma, and/or strong lived experience or similar

Excellent communication skills and ability to engage effectively within an Australian context

Reliable, consistent, and committed to long-term support roles
