At 4u Care, our Accounts Officer plays a key role in the financial processes behind our services.
From participant funding and NDIS claiming to supplier payments, your work helps ensure things run smoothly so our operational teams can focus on delivering quality support to people with disability.
This is a hands‐on finance role for someone who enjoys working with detail, solving problems and improving processes in a fast‐paced environment.
We're open to full‐time or part‐time applicants seeking a minimum of four days per week, and you'll join a collaborative Finance team of 3, working with a payroll specialist and manager.

What you'll do
Manage participant billing, invoice generation and NDIS claiming.
Process bulk NDIS uploads, reconcile claiming outcomes and resolve rejected or unpaid claims.
Monitor outstanding accounts, allocate payments and follow up overdue balances.
Process supplier invoices and complete weekly payment runs accurately and on time.
Reconcile accounts payable and receivable ledgers, investigating and resolving discrepancies.
Maintain accurate financial records, support audits and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
About you
Experience in accounts payable, accounts receivable or a similar finance role.
Robust attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
Well‐developed organisation, time management and problem‐solving skills.
Confidence managing competing priorities and deadlines.
Strong customer service and communication skills.
Experience using accounting systems and Microsoft Excel.
Experience with NDIS billing and claiming processes will be highly regarded.
Exposure to payroll processes and the SCHADS Award is desirable.
