QMR Constructions Pty Ltd is seeking a dedicated and hard-workingConstruction Labourerto join our team on afull-time basis.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a passion for construction work to contribute to delivering quality at our newly started development site at Forster NSW ****.
As a Construction Labourer, you will play a vital role in ensuring our project runs smoothly and safely, supporting the Site Manager and skilled trades and contributing to the successful completion of construction sites.
What you'll be doing
Prepare and maintain construction sites, including clearing debris, organising materials and equipment storage
Operate basic hand and power tools safely and effectively under supervision
Load and unload materials and equipment from vehicles and move items around the site as required
Follow all workplace health and safety procedures and maintain a clean and protected working environment
Help with site cleanup and waste disposal at the end of each working day
Communicate effectively with team members and report any issues or hazards to supervisors
Support the team in meeting project deadlines and quality standards
What we're looking for
Physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour in various weather conditions
A genuine interest in the construction industry and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team
Reliability,



punctuality and a strong work ethic
A commitment to health and safety practices on site
Basic understanding of construction site procedures and practices
Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
Previous construction or labouring experience is advantageous but not essential for the right candidate
Valid driver's licence is preferred
White card is mandatory
Forklift or Telehandler licence would be an advantage
