Paraplanner – Xplan Experience PreferredLocation:Young, NSW (Flexible hybrid options available)
We are seeking an experiencedParaplannerto join our advice team in Young.
This role suits someone who enjoys working closely with an adviser, contributing to strategy development, and producing high‐quality advice documents.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare high‐quality SOAs, ROAs and supporting advice documentation
Work collaboratively with the adviser to develop client strategies
Attend and document client meetings (in person or online)
Manage workflow and ensure advice is delivered accurately and on time
Maintain and update client records within Xplan
Assist with research, modelling and scenario analysis
About You




Strong understanding of financial planning strategies
Excellent written communication and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage competing deadlines
Comfortable interacting with clients and supporting the adviser in meetings
Work Arrangements
Our office is based inYoung, NSW, and while we would ideally like someone who can spend some time working onsite, we are open to versatile or hybrid arrangements for the right candidate.
