Responsibilities include:
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards
Maintain a fully stocked store
Ascertain customers' needs and wants
Welcome and greet customers
Keep up to date with product information
Follow all company policies and procedures
The successful candidates will have:
Proven working experience in retail sales
Solid communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly helpful, confident and engaging personality.
Well presented and qualified at all times.
Extensive knowledge of wine products
Basic administration skills
Must be available to work nights and weekends as required.
**Must have a valid driver's license and RSA**
**Delivery Driver MR License highly preferred**
**Forklift licence highly preferred**
