We are now seeking a motivated and skilled Service Advisor to become a key part of our growing team.
At Grand Motors Automall we are creating new opportunities for growth, development, and long-term automotive success within our service department, maintaining European vehicles including the Mercedes-Benz, VW, BMW, Audi, Land Rover, Porsche, Jaguar and Volvo marques.

Key Responsibilities:
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients
Prepare and update job cards




Contact guests the evening before their service to confirm details and scope of work
Maintain accurate records of customer and vehicle information
Greet guests professionally and warmly
Inspect vehicles alongside clients to assess condition and identify concerns
Book vehicles in, diagnose issues, and log service requests for workshop review
Communicate clearly and consistently with customers throughout the service process
Ensure all dealership and manufacturer policies are followed
Coordinate repair and maintenance services with clients and obtain necessary approvals
Desired Qualifications and Experience:
Sound product knowledge of multi-brand and European vehicles
Previous experience as a Service Advisor or qualified technician
Excellent presentation and professional demeanour
Exceptional customer service and communication skills
Eagerness to learn and grow within the role
Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving individual and team KPIs
