Project Officer, Learning & Development

This is a varied project coordination role supporting the development and delivery of learning and development programs for dental professionals.
You will work across stakeholder engagement, project administration, digital learning content and committee support to ensure educational initiatives are delivered efficiently and to a high standard.
This role would particularly suit a dental professional looking to leverage their clinical knowledge in a project-focused environment while contributing to the development of high-quality education and professional learning programs.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate the end-to-end delivery of learning and development projects and CPD programs Liaise with presenters, authors, education providers and production partners to ensure successful project delivery
Manage project timelines, documentation, budgets, invoices and reporting requirements
Upload, maintain and monitor educational content across digital platforms including LMS and websites
Support the development and continuous improvement of learning resources and member education initiatives
Prepare reports, briefing papers, meeting documentation and project updates
Provide secretariat support to committees, including meeting coordination and record management
Maintain project systems, trackers and content libraries in line with governance requirements
Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders




Ensure all learning content meets professional, quality and compliance standards
Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute to team initiatives
About You
Relevant clinical qualifications, combined with hands-on experience as a dental practitioner or working within a dental clinical setting
Demonstrated experience developing or coordinating educational content, CPD programs or learning resources will be advantageous
Experience coordinating projects, programs or educational initiatives from planning through to delivery
Experience supporting committees, meetings or working groups, including coordination and record keeping
Strong stakeholder management skills and the ability to build effective working relationships
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines
High attention to detail and strong administrative capability
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to continuous improvement
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams and SharePoint
Experience with learning management systems (LMS) or digital learning platforms will be highly regarded
