We are seeking a proactive and enthusiastic Marketing & eCommerce Assistant to join our team. This is a wide-ranging role that combines digital marketing, Shopify website management, content creation and basic IT support. The ideal candidate will be organised, creative, tech-savvy and eager to contribute across multiple areas of the business.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing & eCommerce

Assist with social media content creation and scheduling

Update and maintain our Shopify website, including products, pricing, content and promotions

Create and upload product listings and website content

Assist with email marketing campaigns and newsletters

Support marketing campaigns and brand initiatives

Monitor website and social media performance

Assist with photography, product content and promotional materials

Systems & IT Support

Provide basic IT support to staff

Assist with setting up computers, printers and mobile devices

Help with email account setup and software installations





Liaise with external IT providers when required

Assist with troubleshooting basic hardware and software issues

About You

Solid computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft 365

Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing

Familiarity with Shopify or other eCommerce platforms

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Robust attention to detail

Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities

Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Experience managing Shopify websites

Experience using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite or similar design software

Previous experience in marketing, administration, customer service or eCommerce
