About the Position
An exciting opportunity exists for an Estimating Manager to join the team in a key leadership role. Supporting a large estimating department this role will be responsible for the following
Responsibilities
Manage workflow across the Sales and Production teams.
Lead Estimating team recruitment and performance
Creating master BOQ files
Approving purchase orders and extra orders to site
Manage workflow across the deparment
Contribute to procurement and pricing discussions
Skills and Experience
5 years residential estimating experience
Experience in an Estimating Manager position or similar within a volume builder
Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to develop robust relationships with all stakeholders
A focus on achieving targets and quality results
Relevant tertiary or trade qualifications highly regarded
