About the role
Work full time (Monday to Friday)
Lead the development and implementation of a high-quality, play-based curriculum
Build solid, respectful relationships with children, families, and colleagues
Support children’s learning, wellbeing, and development in line with the EYLF
Collaborate with a skilled team of educators
Actively contribute to the planning cycle, documentation, and critical reflection

What we're looking for
Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent) with at least one year of experience
Provisional or full NESA accreditation (for NSW applicants)
Current WWCC, First Aid, Child Protection, and CPR certification
Sound knowledge of the EYLF, NQS, and best practices in early education
Excellent communication, organisation, and teamwork skills
Passion for intentional teaching and inquiry-based learning
