What You'll Learn and Do:
Customer Interaction:Answer phone calls and emails, and talk to customers to understand their needs and recommend the right parts.
Parts Identification:Identify the make, model, and variations of motor vehicles and automotive equipment.
Order Management:Regularly check databases to locate parts, order from warehouses or external suppliers, and process customer orders.
Logistics:Collect, pack, dispatch, or deliver ordered parts.
Inventory Management:Participate in stocktaking and update computer data.
Customer Support:Assist customers in repairing or replacing parts.
Essential Requirements:
A genuine interest in the automotive industry.
Drivers licence
Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
Fit, reliable, and eager to learn.
