The Role as an Occupational Therapist, you will provide high-quality, evidence-based occupational therapy services to children and families, supporting development, independence, participation,
and functional outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive occupational therapy assessments and deliver tailored intervention programs
Develop individualised therapy plans and monitor client progress
Support children to develop skills across areas including fine motor skills, sensory processing, self-care, emotional regulation, and participation
Collaborate with families, educators, and multidisciplinary team members to deliver holistic care
Build strong relationships with children, families, and key stakeholders
Maintain accurate clinical documentation, reports, and records
Contribute to a positive team culture and continuous improvement initiatives
Promote best-practice, strengths-based, and family-centred approaches to care
About You
Tertiary qualification in Occupational Therapy
Current Occupational Therapy Board of Australia (AHPRA) registration
Experience working as an Occupational Therapist
Experience working with paediatric clients is highly regarded
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for delivering person-centred, evidence-based services
Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team
Additional Requirements
Current Driver's Licence and access to a vehicle
Working With Children Check (WWCC)
NDIS Worker Screening Check
National Police Check
First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
