The opportunity:
Build customer relationships by keeping customers informed on the progress of the service of their vehicle
Provide advice on services and availability
Verify that customer needs have been fulfilled
Actively contribute to the team and deliver high quality customer service
Focus on solutions finding, efficiency, profitability and growth
Contributing to continuous improvement activity within the team.
About you:

Experience in a similar role or knowledge/experience in a similar industry

Relevant current vehicle licence/s
Previous experience with service writing and invoicing will be highly valued.
