Their Dalby warehouse is a significant operation supporting cotton storage, handling, logistics and export supply. It plays a key role in the broader cotton network, working closely with gin operations, commercial planning, transport, export and biosecurity stakeholders.

The Role

Reporting to the General Manager - Cotton Operations, this role leads warehouse performance across safety, workforce planning, inventory, logistics, biosecurity, cost control and budget delivery. It suits a practical leader who can earn trust on the floor and use data to manage seasonal demand.

Duties
Lead warehouse safety, productivity and operational accountability
Manage labour planning, seasonal workforce needs and team performance
Drive inventory accuracy, SAP scheduling and documentation discipline
Coordinate logistics, transport, container movements and export flow
Deliver budget outcomes through labour, equipment and cost control

Skills & experience
Senior warehousing, logistics or supply chain leadership experience
Experience managing Leading Hands, operators and seasonal labour
SAP or similar ERP/WMS capability for planning and reporting
Valid driver’s licence and forklift licence
Solid commercial discipline across budgets, labour and equipment use
