About the Role:
As the Director, you will be the friendly face our centre, overseeing the daily operations and educational programs for the service.
You will lead a team of passionate educators, ensuring that every child receives a nurturing and enriching learning experience.
Your responsibilities will include, staff management and support, parent and child engagement, and maintaining compliance with regulatory standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a team of educators to deliver high-quality education and care.
Oversee creative educational programs that cater to the individual needs of each child.
Foster a positive learning environment that promotes creativity, independence, and holistic development.




Build strong relationships with parents and the community to support the growth and well-being of every child.
Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
The Successful Applicant must have:
Diploma in Early Childhood Education or above or ACECQA assessed equivalent.
Food Safety Supervisor Certificate.
First Aid.
CPR.
Asthma & Anaphylaxis training.
Child Protection Training.
Experience in a Director role within an early childhood education setting.
Strong understanding and commitment of Early Childhood and practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to inspire and motivate a team towards achieving educational excellence.
