Job Description
How you can make an impact
We are interested to hear from bookkeepers/admin officers with backgrounds in payroll and accounts for a full time opportunity.
This role can include:
Payroll and superannuation
Single touch payroll
Termination and redundancy payments
Bank Reconciliations
Trust Account Processing
Payroll tax
Workcover
Complete bookkeeping to trial balance
Accounts payable and receivable
Liaising with the clients, ATO and internal team members (including accountants, managers and partners)
BAS and IAS preparation
Assistance with monthly management reports
Desired Skills and Experience
You have:




Certificate IV in Bookkeeping or Accounting (or similar) (desirable but not essential).
Proficiency with Payroll programs i.e, MYOB AccountRight, Deputy Payroll or Xero etc
Ability to work in a team environment and share tasks with other team members (essential).
Ability to multi-task and achieve competing deadlines (essential).
The ability to professionally interact with clients via email, face to face and telephone (essential).

Bookkeeping Team.
