Roshana Care Group is seeking a Registered Nurse to join the Parklands Aged Care team in a full‑time capacity. You will lead clinically within a rapid-paced environment, delivering secure, person‑centred care and guiding care staff to uphold high standards.

You will bring current AHPRA registration, a Bachelor of Nursing (or equivalent), and experience in aged care. Solid assessment, communication, and leadership skills are essential to support residents’ health, dignity and quality of life.
