About the Role
We are seeking an experienced lawyer with a current NSW practising certificate. This role is primarily focused on drafting, reviewing and advising on various contracts including land and building contracts, leases and related transactions. The role will also involve working in other areas of practice.
You will work independently on files while collaborating closely with our conveyancing team.
This role suits a lawyer who enjoys technical property work, clear communication, and autonomy.
Key Responsibilities
Review residential property contracts
Provide clear advice on contract terms, risks, and amendments
Draft and negotiate property-related documents
Liaise with clients, agents, brokers, and conveyancers
Manage matters efficiently from instruction through to resolution
Contribute to improving internal processes and client experience
About You
Admitted lawyer with a current NSW practising certificate
Experience in property law, contract review, or related practice
Strong attention to detail and written communication skills
Confident working independently while collaborating with a wider team
Comfortable in a adaptable, hybrid work environment
