About the Role
This role is unlike traditional support work.
You'll become part of the daily rhythm of the home, helping create an environment that feels calm, welcoming, organised and emotionally safe.
Some days you'll prepare beautiful shared spaces before clients wake.
Other days you'll accompany clients on walks, coffee outings or wellness activities.
On overnight shifts you'll simply be the reassuring presence that lets people know someone is there if they need support.
You'll help maintain the warmth, comfort and standards that make Savasana feel more like a private wellness retreat than a treatment facility.
What You'll Be Doing
Creating a calm, welcoming environment throughout the home
Supporting guests through their routines




Preparing wellness spaces before sessions
Walking alongside clients during outings and activities
Maintaining our beautiful environment to premium standards
Working closely with our clinical team
Completing documentation and shift handovers
Conducting routine alcohol and drug screening
Who You'll Be

Experience within hospitality, boutique accommodation, wellness retreats, luxury hotels, psychology, coaching, health, recovery or premium customer service will all be highly regarded.
Current Australian Driver Licence
National Police Check
First Aid Certificate
