About the Role
East Coast Renewable Solutions is seeking an experienced and motivatedSales Managerto lead and grow our residential and commercial solar, battery and renewable energy sales division.
This is a hands‐on role for someone who can manage incoming leads, build strong customer relationships, close high‐value opportunities and develop a scalable sales process as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and follow up incoming residential and commercial sales leads
Conduct customer consultations and understand individual energy requirements
Prepare and present tailored solar, battery and EV charging solutions
Convert qualified opportunities into sales while maintaining a high level of customer service
Build and manage the company's sales pipeline and CRM
Follow up outstanding quotes and maintain consistent communication with prospective customers
Develop sales strategies, scripts and processes to improve conversion rates
Track sales performance, lead sources and conversion rates
Build relationships with commercial clients, builders, developers and industry partners
Work closely with the installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
Assist with recruiting,



training and managing future sales representatives as the sales division expands
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
Highly motivated and results‐driven
Confident speaking with customers and closing sales
Organised with strong follow‐up skills
Comfortable managing a sales pipeline and working toward targets
Professional, trustworthy and customer‐focused
Able to work independently and take ownership of the sales function
Previous experience insolar, batteries, electrical, construction or home improvement salesis highly regarded but not essential for the right candidate.
