Studio Project Manager | Residential Interior Design & Renovations
Neo Interior Design is a thriving, women-owned residential interior design studio specialising in luxury homes, cosmetic renovations, bespoke cabinetry and complete furniture fit-outs across Perth.
We believe exceptional design is only part of the journey.
What sets us apart is the experience we create, delivering beautifully considered homes through thoughtful communication, meticulous organisation and genuine care at every stage.
We're a small, close-knit team that works hard, supports one another and genuinely enjoys what we do.
From weekly Matcha Thursdays to celebrating project milestones, we believe great work happens when good people work together.
As we continue to grow, we're looking for an experienced Studio Project Manager to become the operational heartbeat of our business.
About the Role
This isn't a traditional construction project management role.
You'll oversee Neo's residential interior design projects from design approval through to completion, coordinating cosmetic renovations, bespoke cabinetry, installations, quality control and trades.
We're looking for someone who thrives on organisation, takes ownership and keeps projects moving.
You'll proactively manage timelines, budgets and communication, ensuring every client receives the exceptional experience Neo is known for.
Working within a growing boutique studio means no two days are the same.
We're looking for someone who is adaptable, solutions-focused and excited to help shape the future of Neo.

You'll also bring:
Experience coordinating suppliers, trades and installers.
Strong administration and documentation skills.
Experience with project management softwares.
Confidence using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace and Xero.
A proactive mindset with the ability to think ahead, solve problems and hold others accountable.
A genuine desire to contribute to a growing boutique business.

Take ownership and don't wait to be asked.
Love creating order from complexity.
Enjoy juggling multiple moving parts.
Communicate confidently with clients, suppliers and trades.
Are adaptable and enjoy the pace of small business.
Care about people just as much as projects.
Want to help build something special alongside a supportive team.
What We Offer
A genuine leadership role with autonomy and ownership.
The opportunity to work on some of Perth's most beautiful homes.
A supportive, women-owned studio with a collaborative culture.
A close-knit team that works hard, celebrates wins and never loses sight of having fun.
