About the Role:

As an Events Coordinator, you will be responsible for planning, organising, and overseeing food truck events from start to finish. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a quick-paced environment and enjoys working with vendors, councils, Schools and close event coordinators.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate food truck bookings and event schedules

Liaise with food truck operators, venues, and stakeholders

Manage event logistics, permits, and compliance requirements

Oversee event setup, operations, and pack-down

Handle communications before, during, and after events

Arrange staff for events

About You:

Excellent organisational and communication skills

Solid time management and attention to detail

Ability to work independently and problem-solve

Confident using email, scheduling tools i.e., Trello, Canva, Vnox, Square and Zella
