Programmed Skilled Workforce is currently seeking reliable and physically fit Brick Stackers for casual labour hire opportunities with Brickworks in Bowral.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who enjoys physical work, thrives in an industrial environment, and is looking for ongoing casual employment with the potential for regular hours.
Duties include:
Stacking and packing bricks to specification
Manual handling and repetitive lifting
Sorting, checking and preparing product for dispatch
Maintaining a clean and safe work area
Assisting with general labouring and production tasks
Working as part of a team in a quick-paced manufacturing environment
Following workplace health and safety procedures at all times
To be successful you will have:
Previous labouring, manufacturing or production experience (desirable but not essential)
Positive physical fitness and ability to perform repetitive manual tasks
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work in dusty, hot or industrial conditions
Commitment to safety and following directions
Own transport and ability to travel to Bowral
Forklift ticket highly regarded but not essential
