About the Role
As an NRMA Roadside Assistance / Tow Truck Operator, you will provide high-quality roadside assistance and towing services while delivering excellent customer service.
You will represent Trio Automotive Group professionally and ensure customer safety and satisfaction at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
Operating tow trucks safely and in accordance with company procedures
Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of allocated work vehicles
Using tablets and computer systems for job records and training
Providing professional and friendly customer service

Skills & Experience
Current open car licence (Essential)
MR or HR licence
Sound knowledge of motor vehicles
Strong problem-solving skills
Computer literate and confident using smart tablets
Physically fit and capable of manual tasks
Solid work ethic and customer-focused attitude
Ability to work Weekends & OnCall Nights as part of a shared team roster.
