Part Time / Casual Bottle Shop Manager -
The Belmont Hotel is seeking a Part time or Casual Bottle Shop Manager to lead our drive-through bottle shop.
This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone who enjoys delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining high retail standards and driving sales while leading from the front.
We are willing to discuss flexible working hours and days with the right candidate.
About the Role
As Bottle Shop Manager, you'll be responsible for the day-to-day operation of the bottle shop, ensuring it is well presented, fully stocked and delivering a fast, friendly customer experience.
You'll work closely with the hotel management team while leading and supporting your own team.
Key Responsibilities
Managing the daily operations of the bottle shop
Leading, coaching and developing the bottle shop team
Delivering exceptional customer service
Stock ordering, receiving and inventory management
Maintaining merchandising standards and promotional displays




Ensuring RSA and liquor licensing compliance at all times
Cash handling, end-of-day reconciliation and reporting
Driving sales through product knowledge and customer engagement
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workplace
About You
We're looking for someone who:
Has previous bottle shop, retail liquor or hospitality management experience
Holds a current NSW RSA Competency Card
Is organised, reliable and takes pride in their work
Leads by example and enjoys motivating a team
Has robust communication and customer service skills
Is confident with stock control and point-of-sale systems
Is flexible to work evenings, weekends and public holidays as required
