Easytel Group Pty Ltd is seeking a proactive customer service specialist to join our on-site team in Parramatta.
You will support customers, assist field technicians, and collaborate with provisioning to ensure seamless telecom services.
Training will be provided to equip you with PABX/Cloud Hosted configurations, VOIP systems, and Cisco Webex usage, with a focus on transparent communication and teamwork.
