About the Position:
WorkPac are seeking an Estate Appraisal and Asset Data Auditor to work a Monday to Friday roster based on site in Kapooka.
Join a leading national defence infrastructure services provider supporting critical Defence sites across NSW, QLD and the ACT.
This role is responsible for conducting estate condition assessments and asset data audits across Defence facilities and infrastructure, ensuring asset information is accurate, compliant and up to date.
Working closely with internal stakeholders and site teams, you will support minor works, estate planning and ongoing asset management activities across services including estate upkeep, land management, aerodrome operations and training area management.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Conduct physical and desktop estate condition assessments for assigned sites
Undertake asset verification audits against Defence systems and standards
Record and upload appraisal data in Defence estate systems (eg GEMS, DEIS, WMS)
Provide advice on work packages, estate element compliance and condition outcomes
Assist in the development and maintenance of appraisal schedules and strategies
Validate asset information provided by internal and external stakeholders
Conduct data accuracy reviews and implement corrective actions
Ensure all appraisal and audit data is accurately recorded and uploaded into Defence systems (eg GEMS, DEIS, WMS)
Identify data discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions with internal teams or subcontractors
Escalate systemic data quality issues to the PAS Technical Services Hub for resolution
Skills & Experience Required:
Demonstrated experience in asset auditing, condition assessment and data analysis
Experience in data quality assurance and validation processes
Experience liaising with contractors, consultants and Defence stakeholders
Strong knowledge of estate appraisal and asset management practices
Understanding of Defence estate compliance requirements and standards
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data management tools
Ability to analyse and report on asset condition and performance data
Contract and compliance governance
Data analysis and quality assurance
Stakeholder engagement and relationship management
Ability to obtain a baseline security clearance
Australian citizenship is required for this position
