About the Role
As theRetail Manager, you will play a pivotal role in the day-to-day operation of the store, leading your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences while ensuring strong operational performance.
We're looking for someone with a genuine passion for retail, a positive attitude, and strong leadership skills.
An interest in health and wellness is highly regarded, along with a willingness to continually learn about our extensive product range.
Experience in the Following Areas is Desirable
Health food retail
Fresh produce
Stock control and inventory management

Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Store Operations & Inventory
Ordering and managing stock, including fresh produce, chilled and frozen products
Ordering store supplies
Managing catalogue and promotional orders
Overseeing stocktakes and inventory control
Pricing and data maintenance
Managing supplier credits and invoice processing
Exception reporting and administrative tasks
Merchandising & Sales
Coordinating catalogue activities and promotional execution
Maintaining high merchandising and presentation standards
Managing out-of-date stock procedures
Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Leadership & People Management
Staff recruitment, onboarding, and training
Managing rosters and wages
Supporting HR processes
Creating a positive, high-performing team culture
Coaching and developing team members
Customer Experience
Delivering exceptional customer service
Providing product guidance and support
Ensuring customers receive a welcoming and engaging shopping experience
Administration
Managing the store inbox
Banking and cash handling
Reporting and general store administration
