We're looking for an enthusiastic and relationship-focusedRegional Workforce Consultantto join our Regional Queensland team.
About the Role
This is a varied role where no two days are the same.
Working closely with healthcare providers, our recruitment team and clinical workforce, you'll help ensure clients receive high-quality staffing solutions while supporting our nurses and care professionals throughout their placements.
Key responsibilities include:
Building and maintaining strong relationships with healthcare clients
Coordinating workforce requirements with Recruitment and Allocation teams
Supporting nurses and care workers throughout their placements
Conducting staff compliance, competency and placement reviews
Managing incidents, complaints and documentation
Identifying opportunities to strengthen client relationships and grow services
Working collaboratively across Operations, Recruitment and Clinical Services to deliver outstanding outcomes.
About You
You'll thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy building relationships, solving problems and delivering exceptional customer service.
You'll bring:
Experience in healthcare, workforce coordination, recruitment or operations
Strong relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
The ability to manage competing priorities with confidence
High attention to detail and strong administration skills
A proactive, solutions-focused approach
A current driver's licence
Relevant healthcare or community services qualifications (or currently studying) will be highly regarded.
