McArthur Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established Early Learning Centre located inFletcher, NSW, seeking an experienced and passionateCentre Directorto lead their team and oversee the day-to-day operations of a thriving service.

About the Role
As the Centre Director, you will be responsible for the overall leadership and management of the service.
You will work closely with educators, families, and the wider community to ensure the centre continues to deliver high-quality care and education in line with theNational Quality Framework.
Key Responsibilities
Provide strong leadership, guidance, and support to the centre team
Oversee daily operations of the service and ensure smooth centre management
Maintain compliance with theEducation and Care Services National Regulationsand NQS
Foster strong relationships with families, staff, and the local community




Lead and mentor educators to support professional development and team engagement
Manage administrative and operational requirements including rosters, enrolments, and centre performance
About You
Diploma or Bachelor qualificationin Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA approved equivalent)
PreviousCentre Director or leadership experiencewithin an early childhood setting
Strong knowledge of theNational Quality Framework, EYLF and Regulations
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
CurrentWorking With Children Check (NSW)
CurrentFirst Aid, Asthma and Anaphylaxiscertifications
