Professional attitude, presentation, and phone manner
The ability to work well in a team environment with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (knowledge of LEAP is an advantage but not necessary)
Ability to think laterally and develop solutions without constant reference to lawyers
Preferred qualifications and experience
Law graduate (completed LLB/JP) is required and PLT (preferred)
Prior experience in conveyancing and/or property law administration (preferred).
Exposure to QLD/NSW/VIC conveyancing documentation and processes (desirable).
What we can offer in return
We are not a traditional law firm, and you will not be treated like a number – there is no hierarchy and room for egos in our world.
We have high expectations of our staff, but in return, you will be treated fairly, with respect and like one of our family.
Our ethos is completely centred on providing an exceptional level of service for our clients, while acting ethically, with respect and professionalism.
It is critical that our team members also share this vision.
We are a rapidly growing business, encourage personal development and training, and there are genuine opportunities for career progression and further development for the right person.
