Beards Refrigeration & Air Conditioning is a locally owned and operated business based in Mackay, and we're looking for a motivated Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Apprentice to join our growing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to learn from experienced tradesmen while gaining hands‑on experience across a wide variety of residential and commercial air conditioning and refrigeration projects.

What You'll Be Doing
Install air conditioning and refrigeration systems
Service and maintain residential and commercial equipment
Diagnose and repair faults
Use industry tools and equipment safely
Deliver outstanding customer service
Develop practical skills both on-site and through TAFE

Every day is different, giving you the chance to build valuable skills and experience across a range of projects.
