SALES ADMINISTRATOR | COOGEE AREA | UP TO $100K PACKAGE

Supporting a successful group of sales professionals, this opportunity is perfect for an experienced Administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being at the centre of a busy and energetic office.

Working within a tight‑knit, long‑standing culture, you'll play a key role in managing the administration and marketing function, ensuring campaigns run seamlessly while partnering closely with experienced professionals in a supportive and team-oriented environment.

The Role
Provide administration and marketing support to a successful sales team
Manage end-to-end sales administration including agreements, marketing campaigns, invoicing and campaign processing
Coordinate marketing activities including photography, brochures, signboards, DLs and proofing marketing materials
Maintain database management, client communications and general administrative support
Assist with settlement processes and ensure a seamless client experience throughout the sales journey

About You




Previous experience in real estate administration is essential
Current Certificate of Registration
Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting
Proactive, professional and team-oriented approach
