We're seeking a senior, hands-on Paid Media Manager to join our growing team.

This role is suited to someone who thinks like a growth marketer, someone who understands that today's performance marketing is just as much about creative strategy as it is about campaign optimisation.

You'll bring deep expertise across Meta, Google and TikTok, with a proven track record of scaling high growth eCommerce brands through data-driven performance marketing. You'll have experience managing significant advertising budgets and ideally have worked within health, beauty, wellness or other consumer brands.

We're looking for someone who:

Has managed significant monthly advertising budgets across Meta, Google and TikTok.

Is genuinely hands-on in platform and loves being in the data.

Has experience developing and optimising full-funnel campaigns, from awareness and acquisition through to retention and customer lifetime value.

Thinks strategically about creative, understanding what makes an ad convert and how to continuously generate winning concepts.

Can brief high performing creative, analyse why it works and feed those insights into ongoing testing and optimisation.





Understands both eCommerce and lead generation strategies and can adapt campaigns to different business objectives.

Owns campaigns end-to-end, from strategy, audience development and execution through to optimisation, reporting and scaling.

Has a robust testing mindset, using data to continually learn, improve performance and drive better commercial outcomes.

Has a proven track record of growing revenue while maintaining robust ROAS and profitable growth.

You'll work closely with our CEO and Marketing Director, playing a key role in driving the next stage of growth across our portfolio of brands. You'll have the freedom to test, innovate and make a genuine commercial impact.

Location: Berkeley Vale - Central Coast, NSW
Employment: Full-time (adaptable hybrid working available)
Experience: Minimum 4 years' hands-on media buying experience.
