Full-Time Practice Coordinator – Gladesville Veterinary Hospital

Gladesville Veterinary Hospital is one of our largest hospitals in NSW and a well-established, progressive GP small animal hospital located on Sydney’s Lower North Shore. We are seeking an organised and motivated Practice Coordinator to join our leadership team on a full-time basis.

About the Role

As Practice Coordinator, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations of the hospital, ensuring smooth workflow and providing vital support to both our clinical and reception teams. This role is suited to someone with excellent organisational skills, strong communication, and a passion for leading and supporting people in a veterinary setting.

Key Responsibilities
Overseeing daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and high standards of care
Supporting the Practice Manager with rostering, stock control, and administrative tasks
Coordinating and supporting reception and nursing teams to maintain smooth client and patient flow




Assisting with staff training, mentoring, and wellbeing initiatives
Contributing to a positive, team-oriented, and professional clinic culture

About You
Previous experience in a veterinary or healthcare administration role is highly regarded
Strong leadership and organisational skills
Excellent communication and client service abilities
Ability to work well under pressure in a rapid-paced workplace
A positive, team-focused attitude and genuine care for animals and their owners
