The Role
Reporting into the Group FP&A; Manager, you will be responsible for a range of duties spanning FP&A;, commercial analysis and finance business partnering. Duties include:
Preparation and delivery of monthly board reporting packages including operational performance and analysis of key business drivers
Preparation of the group's annual budget
Periodic forecasting/reforecasting
Liaising with stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes and provide decision support to the business
Financial modelling and scenario analysis
Providing insights and decision support into the group’s long term strategic plan
Business partnering with finance and non-finance stakeholders
The Client

About You
CA qualified with a minimum of 6 years total experience
Experience working in a large corporate environment (preferably Property or Real Estate focussed) OR making your first move from a Big 4 Chartered Accounting firm (Corporate Finance, TS or M&A; experience will be held in high regard)
Robust Excel skills
Be able to build effective working relationships across multiple functions
