About the Role

As our Receptionist you will be the first point of contact for customers visiting or contacting our dealership. Combining front-of-house reception duties, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences while supporting the smooth operation of our busy departments.
Provide exceptional front-of-house customer service and create a welcoming dealership experience
Manage incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries efficiently and professionally
Schedule appointments and coordinate bookings
Liaise between customers and staff, providing updates




Support the wider team with administrative duties

About You
Previous experience in reception, administration, customer service, or a similar customer-facing role
Exceptional communication skills with a friendly, qualified, and customer-focused approach
Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
High attention to detail and confidence using computer systems and administrative processes
A current driver's licence is desired but not essential
