About The Role:
We are looking for people withstrong customer service skills.
You need acan do attitude,determination to succeed, begoal drivenand showenthusiasm.
We are looking forcompetitive peoplewho want to earn more than $100k p.a. and are willing to put in the effort to achieve it.
We are looking for people who want acareer in sales.
You will need a vehicle and a current Australian driver's licence because our measure and quotes are done at customers' homes.
Availability to work weekends is essential as weekends are our busiest time.
You will be required to move doors, unpack doors etc.
The necessary degree of physical fitness is required.
Successful candidates will be required to produce a National Police Check completed in the last 6 months as a condition of employment.
Training will be held at Doors Plus Stafford, must be willing to commute during this time (approximately 8 weeks)
Base salary paid weekly.
High level commissions.
Extensive Sales product and procedures training provided.

High level ofattention to detail.
Solid communication skills– you need to be able to clearly verbalise to customers.
Able tobuild and maintain rapportwith clients.
Able toeffectively time managea sales process from start to finish.
Ability totroubleshoot issues promptlywhile maintaining consistent communication with clients.
