JV Recruitment are currently on the lookout for experienced Skilled Labourers and Trade Assistants for ongoing roles at a busy prefab manufacturing facility based in Melbourne's Western Suburbs.
You'll be working across a clean and well-runModular construction facility.
These roles offer steady hours and the chance to secure long-term work for the right candidates.
What you'll be doing:
Skilled labouring, framing, and confident use of hand and power tools
Join the cabinetmakingor assemblyteam if you have the relevant experience
Assisting tradesin the workshop and factory floor
Loading/unloading materials and manual handling
Working alongside a friendly and safety-focused team
What we're looking for:
Solid experience on construction sites, prefabrication, or timber manufacturing environments




Previous carpentry, cabinetmaking, joinery,or structural framingexperience highly advantageous
Reliable, hard-working and able to work full-time hours
Own transport highly desired but not essential
Full PPE required

Day and afternoon shifts available
$***** - $38 per hour + superannuation (casual loading applies for afternoon shifts)
Overtime rates apply
Meal allowance for shifts over 9.5 hours
