The role
You'll take ownership of product lines across their full lifecycle — from sourcing and supplier engagement, through specification and costing, to launch and ongoing category performance.
You'll be the technical and commercial custodian of your range: the person who makes sure what we buy, spec, price and sell holds together.
It's a high-visibility role with direct exposure to senior managers across sales, supply chain, operations and quality — real ownership from day one, and a genuine platform to grow.
Day to day, you will:
Manage products end to end — sourcing, supplier selection, specification, costing, launch and lifecycle
Own product specifications: build and control PDS and TDS documents, and hold suppliers to them through change control




Work the commercials from the ground up — bill of materials, landed cost, margin and pricing integrity
Drive supplier quality, compliance and complaint resolution to root cause, not just replacement
Lead new product development through a stage-gate process, coordinating sourcing, quality, sales, customer service and marketing
Turn recurring issues into system improvements — closing the gap between fixing the unit and fixing the spec
What you'll bring
3–5 years in product management and/or sourcing, ideally in office products, office furniture or a related manufactured or distributed category
Genuinely tech-savvy with product specifications — comfortable reading, writing and controlling PDS/TDS, materials specifications and compliance documentation
Commercially fluent from bill of materials to pricing to margin
A strong cross-functional communicator who can carry a product from the factory floor to the sales floor
