Client Services Administrator - Accounting Practice

The role
Client Services Administrator
Based in Earlwood, Sydney Inner West
Full-time | office-based position
You will be part of an administration team of 7, supporting a team of 17 accountants.
You are the first point of contact for clients and a key part of keeping the office running smoothly.
You will own the admin engine room: reception, coordination, follow-ups, and the small details that make a professional firm feel calm, organised, and reliable.
Your responsibilities will include:
Providing day-to-day administrative support to accountants and managers
Preparing and lodging Australian Securities and Investments Commission forms
Assisting with company, trust and other entity establishments
Maintaining accurate client records and practice management systems
Preparing correspondence, documents and electronic signing packs
Monitoring deadlines and following up outstanding actions
Assisting with general reception and office administration as required

What we look for
A minimum of two years' experience in an Australian accounting practice or a similar professional services environment
Experience dealing with the ATO & ASIC
Experience with company, trust or other entity establishments is highly regarded
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and cloud-based systems
Permanent working rights in Australia
