Full-Time Chef – FISHBOI Springwood
FISHBOI is seeking a passionate and skilled chef to join our team at Springwood Mall, Queensland.
We are a well-established seafood restaurant committed to serving fresh, high-quality seafood at an affordable price.
We specialise in live oysters shucked to order, seafood cooked over our custom-made charcoal grill, and classic fish and chips.
About the Role
This is a full-time chef position offering:
An annual salary of $79,500 plus superannuation
Annual leave and all applicable employment entitlements
A supportive and professional working environment
About You
The successful candidate will have:




A minimum of five years of relevant commercial kitchen experience
Seafood preparation and cooking experience, which is highly regarded
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to consistency
A reliable and skilled attitude
A strong work ethic
The ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team
A genuine passion for producing high-quality food
The ability to perform effectively in a busy kitchen environment
Fish-filleting and oyster-shucking skills, which will be highly regarded
