Our people are our greatest asset, and we're looking for a motivated HR Coordinator to join our WA team on a permanent part-time basis.
About the Role
Based in Hope Valley, with occasional travel to Welshpool, this permanent part-time role offers an excellent opportunity to build your HR career while enjoying work-life balance with school-friendly hours, Monday to Friday.
Reporting to three General Managers and working closely with the National HR Team, you will support HR across all WA operations.
This role provides hands-on exposure across a variety of HR functions, with ongoing guidance and training from the Head Office team to help you succeed and continue developing your HR skills.
Key responsibilities include:
Assisting with recruitment and onboarding, including job advertising, candidate screening, and interview coordination
Acting as a first point of contact for HR enquiries across WA sites
Supporting general HR administration and maintaining employee records using our HRIS (ConnX)
Assisting with HR policies, procedures, and compliance requirements
Supporting employee relations matters, including performance management and workplace issues,
with guidance from senior HR staff
Collaborating with the National HR Team on HR initiatives and projects
Assisting with reporting, documentation, and other general HR duties as required
About You
Tertiary qualification in Human Resources or a related field, or equivalent practical experience
Previous experience in HR administration, recruitment, or a similar role is desirable; however, full training will be provided
A strong willingness to learn HR best practices and Australian employment legislation
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships across multiple locations
Highly organised, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
Comfortable working independently while being part of a supportive team setting
Willingness to travel occasionally between WA sites when required
