Viridian IT is looking for Technician to join the team in our Central Coast/Newcastle footprint.
While this role is predominantly focused on servicing the Wyong and Central Coast area, regular travel to our Newcastle depot will be required throughout the week to complete administration tasks, attend team meetings, and manage stock replenishment requirements.
We specialise in providing field-based IT support services along side remote and in office MSP services tailored to the evolving needs of all sized businesses across Australia. Our team is committed to delivering high-quality service and hands‑on support.
Our primary focus is on delivering in‑person IT solutions - installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems and infrastructure to enhance business performance, improve efficiency, and support operational capacity.
Technicians are responsible for ensuring completion of all IT tasks in accordance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), including undertaking site visits and Field Service requests, as required.
A valid driver's licence is required for field service visits and site attendance.

Experience and/or Qualifications
Problem solving mindset
Demonstrated experience in troubleshooting and maintenance of basic hardware is required
Experience in troubleshooting desktops/laptops, network equipment, servers, and printers/peripherals is preferred.
