Key Areas of Practice
We are seeking RMA experienced in:
Employer Sponsored Visas – Subclass 482, 186, 494, Labour Agreements
General Skilled Migration (GSM) – Subclass 189,
190, 491 including Skills Assessments
Family & Partner Visas
Preparing high-quality submissions and legal arguments
Researching migration legislation, policy and case law
Representing clients at the Administrative Review Tribunal (ART)
Essential Requirements
Registered Migration Agent (OMARA registered)
Minimum 1–2 years migration practice experience
Strong case management, research, and submission preparation skills
Ability to manage multiple cases and meet KPIs
High-performing Migration Agents with strong client management skills and proven case success will be highly valued and rewarded.
