Bowan Island Coffee is looking for an experienced Cafe Chef or Kitchen Hand to join our team.

We are looking for someone who has experience working in a busy cafe workplace and understands cafe-style menus, including breakfast, brunch, sandwiches, salads, burgers, pastries, and light meals.

Requirements
Good understanding of cafe food and menu preparation
Able to work independently and stay organised during busy hours
Can help create and develop current menu ideas
Reliable, responsible, and able to work as part of a team
Good food safety and hygiene standards
Must have valid working rights in Australia

This position is suitable for someone who is qualified, creative, and confident in a cafe kitchen.
